To assist companies in developing a Drug Free Workplace Program, by spearheading a collaborative effort of community based organizations for drug abuse and employee assistance programs, teamed with professional’s in the area of drug testing. Assisting with, company policy development, abuse prevention training for employers and employees, drug testing services, and monitoring the effectiveness of such programs. Also, to assist companies and provide consultation for supervisors to determine reasonable suspicion drug testing, how to document and enforce the company policy and how to intervene and make referrals to employee assistance programs.
