1. If my ID doesn’t work for the call-in system, who do I contact? Participants should always call their pretrial supervisor first. They will get in touch with us here at the corporate office.

2. What if I’m taking a particular medication and I’m a participant in Drug Court, Pretrial, or had a Court Ordered test taken? Will it show up on the test?
These questions are best brought to the Coordinator or Supervisor for that participant’s area. We are not allowed to give the participants any information at all regarding testing.

3. How can I tell if my participant has current use of THC?
This question is best directed to our MRO specialist. They can give the equation to help evaluate THC usage.
