what are the requirements?

Requirements include testing of all new employees. Existing employees are tested randomly, for reasonable suspicion, or post accident according to your company policy.

what is the cost?

Yearly program administration fee $150

Drug Test $40 each

Alcohol Test $40 each

Drug and Alcohol fees do not include collection fees.
