Certified Collector Trainer

The Certified Collection Trainer program provides instruction and resource materials that enable the trainer to develop and teach a collector training program that will deliver information to all company-employed collection personnel, helping them become proficient in providing collection services according to industry regulations and standards. The program helps ensure the privacy, integrity, and security of the donor and the specimen.

*Currently offered in the State of Kentucky only. On-line interactive training will be available fourth quarter 2008.
